DTF Printing
Direct-to-Film transfer printing — full-color artwork pressed onto garments with no screens, no color limits, and no minimum order. From one piece to a thousand.
Full-Color Prints Without the Setup
DTF printing lets us transfer detailed, full-color artwork directly onto your garments — no screens to burn, no setup fees to pay. That means a 12-color design costs the same as a 1-color design.
It's the go-to method for photo-quality prints, complex logos, and small runs where screen printing setup costs don't make sense. You get vibrant, durable prints whether you're ordering 5 pieces or 500.
What We Print With DTF
Event & Race Shirts
Full-color event artwork on any quantity — even last-minute additions.
Full-Color Logos
Gradients, shadows, and detail that screen printing can't reproduce.
Photo-Quality Prints
Photographs, illustrations, and complex artwork reproduced with clarity.
Short Runs & Samples
Need 5 shirts? 10? No problem — same quality at any quantity.
DTF + Screen Printing = Best of Both
Some jobs are better suited for DTF, others for screen printing — and plenty of orders use both. DTF handles the complex multi-color artwork. Screen printing covers the big solid runs at a lower per-piece cost.
You don't need to figure out which method to use. Tell us what you need and we'll put together the right combination for your project and budget.
Questions About DTF Printing
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing transfers a full-color design from a special film onto your garment using heat and pressure. No screens are involved — the design is printed digitally, so there's no setup process like screen printing requires.
Screen printing uses physical stencils (screens) for each color — so a 6-color design needs 6 screens. DTF prints the entire design digitally in one pass, regardless of how many colors are in it. DTF is ideal for complex artwork and small quantities. Screen printing is more cost-effective for large runs of simple designs.
There is no minimum. You can order a single piece if that's what you need.
DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, and most fabrics. It prints on any garment color — dark, light, or anything in between. T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, hats — if it can take heat, we can print on it.
Very. DTF transfers bond directly to the fabric fibers under heat and pressure. They hold up through regular washing — just wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. You'll get years of wear out of them.
Yes. DTF handles photographic detail, gradients, fine text, and complex artwork that would be impossible or extremely expensive with screen printing.
We can produce DTF transfer sheets (gang sheets) that you press yourself. Reach out and let us know what you need — we'll get you pricing based on your artwork and quantity.
