TURNAROUND TIMES

Custom printed items typically ship within 7–14 business days. We make every effort to ensure orders are processed and shipped within this timeframe. In some cases, production may take up to 16–18 business days depending on order volume, complexity, or production demands. Expedited Shipping and Rush Orders are always prioritized.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

UPS Ground Shipping (5–7 business days)

$15 flat rate for orders under 5 lbs. Bulk or oversized orders over 5 lbs will have shipping costs calculated at fulfillment.

Please allow additional time for unforeseen delays. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers, delivery destinations, weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you experience any shipping-related issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist as quickly as possible.

TRACKING NUMBERS

A tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order once your items have shipped. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to activate or update tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email address, and order number.
