We Can't Quote Without Seeing Your Items

Different fabrics, coatings, and constructions respond differently to printing. Some items simply won't work with our equipment — and there's no way to confirm compatibility from a photo or description.

The only way to start a provided-items order is to drop your items off at our shop. We'll inspect them, confirm what's possible, and build your quote — at no charge.

We're Not Responsible for Provided Items

We treat every item with care — but because we can't control the composition or print-compatibility of items we didn't source, Personal Graphics is not responsible for replacing or compensating for any item damaged during production.

This includes damage from heat, pressure, or ink adhesion issues. By dropping off items, you accept this risk. If that's a concern, ordering through us is the better option — we replace items when production errors occur on our end.

How It Works

Simple. Just walk in during business hours.

   Bring your items in. Walk in anytime Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm. No appointment needed.

   Tell us about your project. What you want, where you want it, any design ideas. The more detail, the better.

   We'll inspect your items and confirm whether we can decorate them and by which methods.

   We'll build your quote. Pricing, turnaround, and next steps — once you approve, we take it from there.
