Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Because all products at Personal Graphics Inc. are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases of a verified production error or damage that occurred during production or shipping.
That said, we stand behind our work. If a mistake was made on our end, we will make it right.
PRODUCTION ERRORS OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item:
- Arrives damagedHas a production defect
- Does not match the approved artwork proof
- Is incorrect due to an error by Personal Graphics Inc.
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery including the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
Custom or personalized products
Apparel printed, embroidered, or decorated per customer request
Sale items
Gift cards
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
Approved replacements are provided only in cases of verified production errors or damaged items.
REFUNDS (WHEN APPLICABLE)
Refunds are issued only when:
A production error or damage is confirmed, and
A replacement is not feasible
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
