Yes. In some cases we can decorate customer-supplied items. However, because we did not source the products, we cannot guarantee how they will react to printing, heat, or embroidery. For this reason, we are not responsible for damage, misprints, or defects that may occur during production.
To ensure the best results, we usually recommend ordering garments and products directly through us so we can guarantee quality, compatibility with our equipment, and consistent results.
