Questions About Embroidery
Embroidery uses a computerized machine to stitch your design directly into the fabric with thread. The result is a permanent, textured decoration that won't crack, peel, or fade — even after hundreds of washes.
There is no minimum on select items. For most garments you can order as few as one piece. Larger orders get volume pricing — reach out for a quote.
Polos, button-downs, jackets, vests, hats, beanies, bags, blankets, and most woven or knit fabrics. If you're unsure whether your item will work, send it over and we'll let you know.
Embroidery works best with clean, solid-color logos. Fine text under ~6pt and full gradients don't translate well to thread. We'll review your artwork and let you know if any adjustments are needed before stitching.
Extremely durable. Thread is physically woven into the garment — it holds up through industrial washing, daily wear, and years of use. That's why it's the standard for workwear and uniforms.
Yes. We embroider individual names, titles, and initials on garments. Common placements include right chest and sleeve.
Yes. We source from major brands like Nike, Carhartt, Port Authority, Sport-Tek, and more at wholesale pricing. You can also send in your own items — we'll embroider whatever you bring us.
Yes — we ship anywhere in the United States. Local pickup is also available at our shop in Petoskey, Michigan.

Digitization Fees
- 4x4 inches or smaller: $25 flat rate
- 6x6 inches: approximately $30
- 8x8 inches: approximately $35
- 10x10 inches: approximately $40
- Up to 14x11 inches: $45+ (quoted based on stitch count)
Digitization is one-time. Once your design is on file, future orders only pay the per-piece embroidery cost.
Artwork & Design Services
Need help getting your artwork embroidery-ready? Our in-house design team handles file cleanup, logo vectorization, and custom artwork builds. Basic file setup is free if it's under 15 minutes. Vector conversion and custom design are $65/hr after that; embroidery digitizing starts at $25. at no extra charge. For larger projects: $65/hr with a . Design fees are non-refundable..
