Screen printing covers the basics — but some jobs call for more. Add embroidered logos to polos and hats, or use DTF transfers for photographic and full-color artwork that screen printing can't touch.

Questions About Screen Printing
Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh stencil directly onto fabric. Each color gets its own screen, and the ink is cured with heat for a permanent, washable finish. It's the industry standard for apparel printing.
We can do small runs, but screen printing is most cost-effective at 24 pieces or more. For orders under 24, DTF printing is usually the better option.
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tanks, long sleeves, and most cotton or cotton-blend apparel. We source garments from all major brands — Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, Comfort Colors, and more.
We print up to 6 colors per design. Each color requires a separate screen, so 1–3 color designs are the most common and budget-friendly. Need more? DTF handles unlimited colors.
Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from proof approval. Rush options may be available depending on our schedule — just ask.
Yes. We mix custom PMS (Pantone) colors to match your brand standards. If you have a specific color code, send it over and we'll match it.
Yes. Basic file setup is free if it's under 15 minutes. Vector conversion and custom graphic design are $65/hr after that; embroidery digitizing starts at $25. We can clean up your artwork, set up files for print, or help you develop a concept from scratch — you'll see a digital proof before we print anything. Design fees are non-refundable.
Yes. We ship anywhere in the U.S. Local pickup is also available at our shop in Petoskey.
