Vinyl Graphic Installation
Most of our customers let us handle installation — it's fast, clean, and included on most jobs. If you'd rather apply it yourself, follow the guide below.
A quick, clean install in six steps
Work in a clean, dust-free area between 50°F and 90°F. Surface must be clean and dry. If you're nervous about placement, slow down on Step 2 — everything else is forgiving if you line it up right.
How it's done
Follow each step in order. The whole install takes about 15 minutes on most vehicles.
1. Clean the surface
Wash with soap and water, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol. Let it fully dry. Any dust or wax under the vinyl will show through.
2. Position with tape
Hold the graphic in place and run a strip of masking tape down the center as a hinge. Step back and confirm it's level before removing any backing.
3. Peel the backing
Fold one half back along the tape hinge. Slowly peel the paper backing away at a sharp angle so the vinyl stays on the transfer tape.
4. Squeegee into place
Working from the center outward, firmly squeegee the vinyl onto the surface in overlapping strokes. Repeat on the other side.
5. Remove transfer tape
Peel the transfer tape back on itself at a sharp angle. If any letters lift, lay the tape back down and squeegee again before continuing.
6. Let it cure
Avoid washing the vehicle for 72 hours. Hand wash only for the first week. Skip pressure washers directly on the graphic.

Temperature matters
Install between 50°F and 90°F. Too cold and the adhesive won't bite; too hot and the vinyl stretches.
Go slow on placement
Once the backing comes off, repositioning is hard. Measure, tape, step back, then commit.
Protect it for a week
No pressure washers, no waxing, no automatic car washes for 7 days. Hand wash only.
