- The yarn is composed of post-consumer waste, as well as scraps left over from the cutting stage of the garment manufacturing process. Because the yarn is repurposed, the material forgoes the dying stage, which reduces energy consumption by approximately 80%, water consumption by approximately 75%, and chemical consumption by approximately 90%.

Embroidery adds a premium, structured look great for polos, caps, and workwear. DTF is our most versatile option — full color, no minimums, works on nearly any garment. View Order GuideFor best decoration results, 100% cotton or high-cotton blends work best for screen printing. Embroidery holds up on most fabrics including polyester. DTF transfers bond to cotton, polyester, and blends equally well. Wash printed garments inside out in cold water and tumble dry low to maximize longevity. Avoid bleach.
