We’re always looking for ways to make working with Personal Graphics faster, clearer, and more personal—without sacrificing the flexibility that custom projects require. Over the past few weeks, we’ve rolled out several important updates designed to improve communication, protect everyone involved, and streamline the entire ordering process.

As our business continues to grow, it’s important that our policies grow with it. We recently updated our Terms of Service & Privacy Policy to better reflect how we communicate and how projects move through our shop. These updates provide clearer legal protection around SMS communication and marketing, as well as clarification on artwork usage and ownership when designs are provided by third parties. The goal is simple: clarity, transparency, and protection for both our customers and our team.
We also launched real-time SMS updates for order updates and notifications. This will allow us to provide updates without long email chains or missed calls.
Another major improvement is our new “Start Your Project” order form on the website. This guided form walks you through a series of steps and questions that help us fully understand your project from the start. Once submitted, your information goes directly into our management system, allowing us to respond with a quote within minutes—or up to one business day depending on inquiry volume. This means less back-and-forth and faster turnaround times.
For customers who visit us in person, we’ve added a client onboarding kiosk inside our shop. Instead of filling out a paper contact card, new clients can enter their information on an easy to use kiosk digitally. This ensures that we have the correct contact information, creates an account in our system instantly, saves your information for future projects, and allows us to provide real-time, in-person quotes within minutes. It speeds up the onboarding process and helps us serve you more efficiently.
Even in a highly technical, fully customizable industry, we believe the process should feel simple and approachable. By improving our internal systems and communication tools, we’re able to streamline our services while still getting personal with every project.
