Delivery & Pickup
Once production is complete, your order moves into fulfillment.
This is the final step of the process, where your finished items are carefully packed and prepared for pickup, local delivery, or shipment, depending on what you selected when placing your order.
Fulfillment Options
We offer multiple ways to receive your order:
Shipping
Orders can be shipped via UPS directly to your doorstep.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or billed at fulfillment, depending on your order setup.
Local Delivery
For qualifying local businesses, we can deliver your order directly to you for added convenience.
Local Pickup
You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at our shop:

Before Your Order Leaves Our Shop
Before fulfillment, we:

Order Complete
Once your order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped, your project is officially complete.
