Step 3 – Artwork Proof
Review Your Proof & Finalize Your Design
Once your quote is approved, your order moves into the artwork phase.
This is where we prepare your design for production and make sure everything looks exactly the way it should before production begins. Our goal is to eliminate surprises and ensure your final product matches your expectations.
Artwork timing:
-
Proofs are typically sent same day or within 1–2 business days
-
Revisions are included until artwork is approved, but keep in mind that if we are recreating or designing new artwork, vector conversion and custom design are billed at $65/hour. Design fees are non-refundable.
What’s Included in Your Artwork Proof
Your artwork proof will be sent to the email address on your order and will include:
-
Finalized design layout
-
Placement and orientation
-
Approximate print or embroidery size
-
Colors and decoration method
-
Item mockups when applicable
This proof represents exactly how your items will be produced.
Review & Request Revisions
When you receive your proof, take time to review every detail carefully.
If changes are needed such as adjustments to size, placement, colors, or text, simply decline the proof and reply with your requested revisions. We’ll update the artwork and send a revised proof for approval.
There’s no rush and no extra charge for revisions during this stage. We want you to be fully confident before moving forward.
Approve Artwork to Begin Production
Once everything looks correct, approve the artwork by replying with approval or clicking the approval option provided.
Important:
Production does not begin until artwork approval is received. This step is critical to ensure accuracy and avoid costly mistakes.
What Happens After Artwork Approval?
After artwork is approved, your order moves into:
Step 4 – Production
At this point, designs are locked in and your order enters production based on the approved proof.
Ready to Move Forward?
Review your proof carefully, approve when ready, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll keep you informed as your order progresses from artwork to production.
