We take the information you provided, review it internally, and follow up using your preferred contact method if we need clarification. Our goal is to make sure your quote is accurate, clear, and aligned with what you’re looking for.

How the Quote Process Works
After reviewing your request, we’ll send a detailed quote to the email address you provided.
That email includes a secure link to your quote, where you’ll be able to review all the details of your order in one place, including:

Delivery or pickup method

Estimated production timeline

Total pricing
This step is all about confirming that everything looks right before we move forward.
Approve or Request Changes
Once you open your quote, you have two options:
Approve the Quote
If everything looks correct and you’re ready to move forward, simply click the Approve button at the top of the quote page.
This confirms pricing and order details and moves your project into the next phase.
Request a Revision
If something doesn’t look right or you’d like to make a change, select Decline and reply to the email, or reach out to us directly.
We’ll revise the quote based on your feedback and send an updated version for review.
There’s no pressure here. We want you to feel confident before moving on.
Important to Know
At this stage, artwork has not yet been finalized or added to your order.
Artwork review and approval happens in Step 3, after your quote is approved.
This ensures pricing and production details are locked in before any design work begins.
What Happens After Approval?
Once your quote is approved, your order officially moves forward into:
